Oven and Shaker has become a go to spot when in the Pearl, especially before and after shows at the Armory. When I'm looking for something simple and tasty, I look towards one of their massive salads (perfect for sharing) and a pizza or two to split within the group. My favorite so far has been the hot salami which has that perfect combination of salty, spicy and sweet from the honey. Service has always been pretty quick and attentive. Cocktails are delicious as are their mocktails. I tend to come at odd times so it's never been super busy.

It was lacking some flavor, and the margarita barely had any food on it. It was mostly just sauce. It was good though!!

Great spot for pizza and drinks. I tried a seasonal pizza (with butternut squash in it, of all things) and it was fantastic! Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had, and definitely one of the most creative.

Great pizza and salads; wine, cocktails, beer and whisky; convivial ambience; and friendly, menu-knowing servers - what you're looking for on a night out! We've tried all the pizzas on the menu, some more than others. But you can always build your own your way. I recommend considering the special thin crust, wood-fired pizza cuz it'll be a delish doozy. Last night special pizza - chili, butternut squash, purée, garlic, mozzarella, ricotta, pork belly, basil, crispy leeks harissa balsamic glaze, grana padano. Can you taste these ingredients on a perfect thin crust? I was not sure I'd like butternut squash. I do not even like squash. But loved it on a pizza the chef cooked up. Squash puree blends with the balance of all ingredients topped off by the yum yum yum balsamic glaze. Mazing!

Came here because we wanted pizza! All the other well known spots in time are closed until 5 but this place is open for lunch so of course we're gonna come here! Had their spicy salami, maple pig, and Margherita pizzas! There were three of us and each pizza came with 6 slices so we actually split 3 way with 2 slices each! Margherita: 8/10 Spicy salami: 9/10 Maple pig: 9/10 - Service was super friendly and nice! - Area is spacious and lots of seating! - Great for all occasions - Will need to street park Would definitely recommend!

Just a fantastic place to visit! Oven and Shaker is located in the Pearl. A girlfriend and I visited on one of the last beautiful days of fall. They have ample indoor and outdoor seating and you can smell the cozy wood oven when you enter. Service was great (a bit slow, but excellent engagement!). We ordered unique cocktails that were well-balanced (not too sweet, not too boozy, but boozy enough). I got the Pepper Smash and Angie got the Smile and Nod. We shared the must-have Nostrana salad (I'm salivating thinking about) and the goat cheese pizza. Both were excellent! I need to come back and try other items on the menu. This is a place where it's hard to narrow down what to eat.

Excellent restaurant and bar serving outstanding pizza (among other foods) with a large assortment of quality cocktails. Pleasant service. Highly recommend.

Delicious medium (personal) sized pizzas with high-quality ingredients and very helpful staff. I want to give a special shout out to the staff member who helped my partner and me with our special dietary needs. I didn't get her name but she was an absolute rockstar who went above and beyond and I really appreciate it!!! We ended up ordering three pizzas to go, but while we were waiting they kindly gave us two carafes of water. We got the goat cheese, spicy salami, and maple pig pizzas. Goat cheese: I am OBSESSED. Hit all the right notes for me! Cheesey, decadent, and delicious! Spicy salami: sort of like a spicy pepperoni pizza. My partner LOVED it, but it was a tad bit too spicy for me. Maple Pig: Delicious caramelized bacon chunks and thin apple slices. Super tasty, very sweet pizza. Note: no food pics because they were eaten so fast!!

We stopped by during Happy Hour and it did not disappoint. The crispy chickpeas were well seasoned and crunchy, and the arugula salad (which was regular sized) was fresh and well made. The lemon vinaigrette gave it a summer taste as well. The Margherita pizza wasn't as good as it was when I use to pick up To-Go during the pandemic funny enough, but it was still was decent and looked great, especially as a happy hour price. Service was slow as it seemed understaffed but they were very kind. The place was very clean and gave a nice "date night" vibe, even though we were there on a Monday afternoon.
